Lesson 6 – ბ, გ, დ, ზ
Were the last two lessons difficult? Now we will have some rest: all the following letters are pronounced just like their English counterparts.
ბ (b)
This letter is pronounced like an English b.
გ (g)
This letter is pronounced like an English g as in go (never as in giant). Don’t mix it up with ბ (b): the upper part of გ is curved downwards and, in most fonts, the round part of გ is under the baseline.
დ (d)
This letter is pronounced like an English d.
ზ (z)
This letter is pronounced like an English z.
